Roles & Responsibilities:
 
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-tier clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow client ad spends through strategic upselling and cross-selling, focusing on maximizing revenue and delivering ROI.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and present tailored media strategies and campaign recommendations that align with client objectives, using platform insights and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Ad Ops, Creative, and Product, to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and overall campaign success.
Market Awareness:  Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to clients.
Client Education & Enablement: Guide clients on platform features, capabilities, and best practices to ensure they are leveraging tools effectively.

Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or account management — ideally within a tech platform, agency, or media environment.
    • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and meeting commercial targets, with a clear understanding of media buying dynamics and ROI.
    • Ability to craft and present strategic recommendations, backed by data and aligned with client objectives.
    • Comfortable working with performance metrics, campaign data, and insights.
    • Strong team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate across functions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
