Agency Partnership Manager is responsible for creating long-term partnerships with leading agencies and brands in Ecuador to educate and inform them about the business opportunities TikTok has to offer. As Agency Partnership Manager, you will provide best-in-class collaboration through thought leadership and education, promoting the growth of advertising solutions to position the platform as a strategic partner and ally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the portfolio of major media agencies with the adoption of scaled products and solutions.
- Drive education and inspiration through updates to agencies and their clients on TikTok products and developments.
- Utilize a consultative approach to develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and service.
- Identify new business opportunities in the market for agencies to partner with TikTok.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Create consultative sales presentations utilizing market trends and case studies.
- Ensure our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
- 2+ years of Ad Agency experience
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A team player and collaborator
- English fluency.
