We are looking for a Senior Revenue & COGS Analyst to support our team in Latvia!
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with international stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, digital advertising environment.
What you'll do:
- Reconcile monthly costs and revenues for digital advertising campaigns across multiple countries.
- Analyze partner agreements and perform margin checks for monthly and quarterly closing processes.
- Coordinate directly with publishers and suppliers to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage Intercompany Revenue & COGS control, including preparing Sales and Purchase Orders in ERP (SAP).
- Validate publisher invoices and review Salesforce delivery data against publishers’ reports and statements.
- Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Regional Finance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Support group and local audits within the region.
- Participate in automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Perform P&L analysis and final checks on accounting books prior to reporting.
What you need for this role:
- 4–5 years of experience in Finance departments, Audit Firms, or Revenue Assurance roles within service industries.
- Strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience working with ERP systems. SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with publishers, internal teams, and regional finance stakeholders.
- Media and digital advertising industry knowledge is a plus.
