We’re looking for a Client Partner to work closely with TikTok and lead the charge in boosting our new business growth. If you’re innovative, goal-driven, and eager to shape the future of digital advertising in Kazakhstan, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Market: Define and execute impactful entry strategies to grow our products and boost sales in Kazakhstan.
- Achieve Big Results: Take ownership of sales delivery across the region, consistently exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Grow Client Relationships: Build and manage a portfolio of top agencies and advertisers, creating long-lasting partnerships.
- Expand Your Network: Develop and nurture strong connections across the advertising and digital industry.
- Strategize for Success: Work with other Client Partners in the region to develop short- and long-term revenue growth strategies.
- Shape the Market: Host workshops, seminars, and educational events to elevate the advertising landscape in Kazakhstan.
- Win Together: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maximize product success and client satisfaction.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure outstanding service to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
What you need for this role:
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in media sales with a deep understanding of online marketing and digital advertising.
- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building great relationships with clients.
- Data-Driven Thinking: A strategic and analytical mindset, using insights to create innovative solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a bonus.
- Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Central Asian ad markets, especially in Kazakhstan and CIS countries.
- Language Skills: Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive Problem Solver: You thrive in dynamic environments and tackle challenges with confidence.
- Industry Connections: Strong relationships with key agencies and advertisers in Kazakhstan give you an edge.
