As an Associate Partner Marketing Manager, you are a fully dedicated team member, helping shape the future of Aleph. You help execute marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Partner Marketing Manager for Snap and a cross functional team including the global partner business lead and the regional and local marketing teams. Furthermore you work closely with the partners to deploy partner product messaging, case studies, impact studies etc. through co-marketing activations globally. 

Responsibilities:
- Conceive and create precise, persuasive and relevant go-to-market partner messaging in collaboration with the cross functional team including product updates, case studies, impact and brand lift studies etc.
- Localize marketing support material and creation of market-specific assets for the sales team including tailored sales pitches and decks by vertical for webinars and events.
- Work closely with the PR & comms team to publish blog posts and PR for core partner markets
- Events: Help run virtual and physical events by creating invites, scheduling, helping with content creation and measuring impact. Furthermore responsible for industry event scouting and helping secure keynote speaker slots etc.
- Conduct internal partner platform training, maintain partner knowledge library and distribute partner product updates internally and externally


Minimum Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Spanish with excellent English language written and oral communication skills
- Resilient self-starter with a can-do and open-minded attitude 
- Basic knowledge of Mailchimp, Photoshop, Excel, KeyNote etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of experience working in marketing.
- Partner marketing experience
- Knowledge of the global media and digital marketing landscape.
- Ability to multitask, work proactively and independently and anticipate the senior management and partner needs
- Great execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of webinar tools like gotowebinar
