Your Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term partnerships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate throughout the entire sales cycle – from pre-sales consultation to campaign optimization and analysis.
    • Solution Architect: Analyze client needs and business objectives, recommending and implementing tailored Ads strategies that generate optimal ROI and achieve targeted goals.
    • Onboarding and Upselling: Seamlessly onboard new clients, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support. Identify and present proactive upselling opportunities to existing clients, maximizing their value and potential.
    • Relationship Expansion: Foster a collaborative and consultative environment, proactively proposing solutions that address evolving client needs and objectives, enhancing satisfaction and driving account growth.
    • Delivery Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recommended Ads products and services, exceeding client expectations and fostering trust.
    • Internal Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between assigned clients and relevant internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration throughout the client journey.
    • Issue Resolution: Proactively anticipate and address client concerns, effectively resolving any issues or complaints while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
    • Sales Generation: Contribute actively to Aleph's overall sales success by engaging in cross-functional initiatives and promoting new business opportunities with potential clients.

Essential Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrably excelling in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
    • Demonstrated expertise with online advertising, including strong familiarity with Ads platform functionalities, campaign mechanics, and best practices
    • Proven experience and understanding of social media marketing trends and analytics best practices
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Structured and analytical mindset, proficient in utilizing data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
    • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking and executing multiple projects simultaneously
    • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, coupled with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
    • Proficiency in relevant business tools and software, including MS Office Suite and analytical platforms (Excel, Google Sheets, Ads Platforms)
