Join Us as a Client Partner – Drive Digital Sales Growth in Kazakhstan
We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Expert to fuel our new business growth in Kazakhstan as a Client Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to lead large, multi-million-dollar international digital advertising projects, build strong relationships with top agencies and advertisers, and play a critical role in shaping our market presence.
What you'll do:
- Define and Execute Strategy: Develop and implement innovative entry strategies to introduce our products and drive exceptional sales growth in Kazakhstan.
- Deliver Results: Own and ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes across the region, consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Build a Strong Client Portfolio: Establish, grow, and nurture a dedicated book of business, partnering with top agencies and advertisers.
- Expand Market Reach: Develop and maintain a broad network of customer and industry relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Revenue Leadership: Collaborate with Client Partners across the region to design and execute revenue strategies that drive significant growth in both the short and long term.
- Market Development: Elevate the industry through impactful workshops, seminars, public relations initiatives, and educational programs.
- Strategic Account Management: Plan and execute tailored account strategies to win and retain high-value clients.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize product delivery and report to the product partner team.
- Customer Success: Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.
What you need for this role:
- Proven Media Sales Expertise: Strong background in media sales, with deep knowledge of online marketing and digital advertising.
- Relationship-Driven: Highly customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience with Salesforce, DSM, and DFP is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Central Asian ad market, particularly in Kazakhstan and CIS countries.
- Language Proficiency: Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken); other regional languages are a bonus.
- Industry Connections: Close relationships with key agencies and clients in Kazakhstan and other CIS markets will give you an edge.
- Problem-Solving Proactivity: Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and delivering creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Result-Oriented: Focused on delivering impactful, business-critical outcomes for clients, rather than simply selling media.
