We are looking for a Global Transfer Pricing Manager with extensive experience in transfer pricing and international tax. Our Global Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for managing the transfer pricing risk, transfer pricing strategies, transfer pricing setup, preparing in-house compliance and opportunities in these areas and at the same time ensuring the fulfilment of local requirements in collaboration with finance, legal and HR teams and external advisors.

The role will be responsible for the coordination of transfer pricing planning and compliance in several regions (LATAM, Europe, Asia & Africa), design and execution of intercompany transactions, intragroup agreements, transfer pricing policies supported by external advisors and tools, lead and manage multiple countries’ tax planning opportunities, review tax impact in business projections.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Implement, execute, and monitor operational transfer pricing processes.
    • Coordinate, review and update transfer pricing documentation either in-house or in collaboration with external consultants (master file, local files, and country-by-country reporting notifications).
    • Utilize benchmark databases to analyze fair market values.
    • Conduct period controls on arm’s length profitability of Aleph entities in several regions.
    • Design and maintain transfer pricing guidelines for new controlled transactions.
    • Define transfer pricing audits’ defense strategy and answer internal transfer pricing requests.
    • Identify and anticipate potential problem areas, measuring and managing risks.
    • Stay updated on global transfer pricing legislation, regulations, and judicial decisions.
    • Monitor appropriate transfer pricing compliance globally.
    • Build relationships and interact with different internal (other teams) and external stakeholders (advisors and auditors).
    • Prepare memos to support Group tax positions for Audit processes.
    • Provide consulting and expertise to advise management.
    • Provide innovative tax planning ideas in connection with Transfer Pricing policies.
    • Identify and mitigate tax risks. 

Skills And Experience Required:

    • English Advanced/ Bilingual.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Economics, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field, with at least 10+ years relevant experience with multinational companies or combination of MNC and Big 4 accounting firm.
    • Additional qualifications such as an MBA or MA in Economics are preferred.
    • Deep knowledge in international tax to review tax definitions is preferred.
    • Excellent worldwide knowledge of transfer pricing and international taxation. 
    • Experienced, proven knowledge of the challenges of operating in a global organization dealing with managing multiple entities in several countries and international tax practices.
    • Proven working experience as a Transfer Pricing Manager.
    • Proficiency in transfer pricing principles, BEPS initiatives, and the ability to perform financial and economic analyses.
    • Experienced in Excel (mandatory), modeling and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, etc.) is preferred.
    • Experience with tax audits and interacting with transfer pricing practitioners in different locations.
    • Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset.
    • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear articulation of complex transfer pricing matters.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage workloads, plan, and deliver detail-oriented high-quality results.
    • Proactive, structured, hands-on approach, and willing to contribute to a fast-growing international work atmosphere.
    • Interdisciplinary skills with interfaces to controlling, accounting and external relationships.
