We are looking for an Associate Partner Director to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies that grow the market. You will lead the regional team to cultivate relationships with businesses, develop and unlock opportunities for advertisers to grow, bring industry insights and plan growth and acquisition activities. 

As an Associate Partner Director, you are expected to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to the sales team and their clients.

What You’ll Do

    • Develop strategies, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets for the region
    • Maintain a relationship with our media partner and build together a strategy to grow the business.
    • Manage the day-to-day administration and long-term financial health of the business unit
    • Lead both internal and external QBR process 
    • Manage sales routines on a weekly basis 
    • Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge
    • Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, and support the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
    • Create an innovative strategy to evangelize and grow the market through the sales team
    • Develop an excellent relationship with the entities and associations in the region
    • Identify and report on business opportunities and strategic alliances in target markets
    • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, finance, legal, sales, etc.) to drive strategic growth in revenue and operations
    • Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of the app, product adoption, audience growth, being able to define localized strategy and establish a sustainable ecosystem that fits the local needs of clients, companies, and partners
    • Bring industry insights and plan growth and acquisition activities

What You Need For This Role

    • Minimum of 13 years experience in the online ad sales 
    • Bachelor’s degree. A Masters Degree will be a plus
    • In-depth knowledge of the digital and mobile advertising environment
    • Understanding the decision-making process of an advertiser, partnering with them, and bringing customized solutions to drive the best results to target companies
