We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Microsoft team supporting
agencies and advertisers in Baltics and Western Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Work together with a Client Partner during pitching to and onboarding of digital performance agencies and direct advertisers to Microsoft Ads
- Support clients during campaign set up and optimization, campaign performance analysis and budget planning.
- Closely collaborate with Microsoft Advertising team for client pitches and technical and ads policy issue resolutions
- Ensure proper contractual setup, invoicing and Microsoft Ads account setup for each client
Core Functional Skills and Knowledge
- In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies
- Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (French language is a plus)
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workplace
