We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Client Partner to join our growing team in Taiwan. You will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by building strong relationships with 4A agencies and local clients, positioning Spotify as the go-to platform for innovative audio and digital advertising solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to grow Spotify’s advertising revenue in Taiwan, focusing on both 4A agencies and direct local clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in agency networks and client organizations.
- Educate clients and agencies on Spotify’s advertising products, capabilities, and audience insights.
- Craft compelling media proposals, presentations, and creative solutions that meet client objectives and maximize revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, ad operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Work independently and proactively within a small, agile team, contributing to team culture and growth.
Education, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar.
- 7-10 years of experience in ad sales, preferably with large/strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with direct revenue responsibility.
- Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
- Strong grasp of digital advertising, platforms, and market ecosystem.
- Experience in key account management, media agency dynamics, and sales.
- Knowledge of campaign buying, media planning, and pricing models.
- Proficient in analytics, social media, CRM, data & financial analysis.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong prioritization and multitasking ability.
- C1-level English and fluency in the local language.
- Solid local market knowledge and professional network.
- Positive, proactive attitude with close ties to the industry.
Additional Information
- While this role is advertised as a Senior Client Partner, candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Client Partner Lead position. Final title and offer will depend on seniority and overall fit for the role.
