Responsibilities include (and will evolve as the business needs)

    • Maintain and evolve Aleph global branding guidelines and brandbook 
    • Oversee, manage and lessen the reliance on external agencies by focusing on mentoring and growing the internal team to build a world-class creative shop dedicated to Aleph
    • Manage, direct and advise on all active branding projects to build red thread and ensure visual identity is clear across every individual touchpoint
    • Oversee and manage all Aleph global externally facing deliverables together with Carla, Aleph’s global corporate project manager via weekly calls
    • Upcoming deliverables include
    • IPO Roadshow video (30 minutes)
    • Creation and distribution of all Aleph + operational brands post refresh inclusive of all owned assets (websites, social media accounts, office signage, Google doc and MSFT office templates, etc.)
    • Digital Ad Expert video (2 minute)
    • Market specific DAE videos for student recruiting
    • Onboarding videos
    • Event collateral design for tentpole events such as Cannes, Brandweek, Mobile World Congress, etc.
    • Advise on regional creative projects to ensure global guidelines are being followed to be covered weekly
    • Establish proper tools for information gathering and knowledge sharing
    • Consult on the operational brand refresh to work with branding agency from ideation to execution of the refresh in late Q3
    • Ownership over the Aleph’s graphic design, video production, and photography.Manage Aleph’s corporate website updates and optimization
    • Help establishing/managing Aleph’s digital hub tool.Oversee and manage design outsourcing and ensure standards are met
    • Working with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, campaigns, and marketing communications
    • Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions. 

Qualifications

    • 10+ years of digital experience as a creative director/manager who can lead across creative strategy, motion graphics, design
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Must be a creative and strategic thinker
    • Mastery in Adobe Suite
    • Knowledge in videography, photography, and web development
    • Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects.
