We are seeking a Manager of Total Rewards with a proven track record in the field of global Rewards. This role offers great exposure to all elements of Total Rewards on a global basis and encompasses the annual review processes, job evaluation, benchmarking, policy development and ad-hoc projects as needed.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards.

The Role

    • First point of contact for HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team for assigned region/functions.
    • Participate in the development, implementation, and administration of salary ranges and associated analysis.
    • Participate in salary survey submissions.
    • Produce Total Rewards dashboard and cost analysis across the organization.
    • Support with annual salary review process and off-cycle exercises.
    • Partner with HRBPs for ongoing activities such as job levelling, salary adjustments, promotions etc.
    • Stay updated on legislative changes and industry best practices.
    • Support Talent Acquisition team in developing competitive compensation offers as needed.
    • Participate in Job Evaluation and benchmarking activities

Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience
    • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends in EMEA and APAC
    • Advanced .xls / google sheets is essential
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities without getting discouraged and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in HR systems, reporting, auditing etc. Workday a plus
    • Comfortable drawing insights from limited/imperfect data drawing on past on experience
    • Experience with Performance Management Systems Comfortable rolling out global programs and interacting with all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to build process in a rapid-growth environment
    • Experience with sales and commission plans a plus
    • Experience leading a small team is a plus
    • Most importantly, must be positive, collaborative and approachable
    • A sense of humor is a plus.
