Key Responsibilities: 
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, including brands and advertising agencies, fostering trust-based relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 
- Strategic Consulting: Understand clients’ business goals and develop tailored advertising strategies using X’s suite of tools, such as promoted Ads products and audience targeting solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance. 
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets based on ad spend. 
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., account managers, creative teams, and data analysts) to ensure seamless campaign setup, execution, and reporting. Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with actionable insights.
- Market Insights:
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly, working with internal support teams to resolve technical or strategic challenges, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Thought Leadership: Represent X at industry events, client meetings, and conferences, showcasing the platform’s value proposition and building X’s reputation as a leader in digital advertising.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) is highly desirable.
- Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders. 
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients. 
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ad tech platforms. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus. 
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
- Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Passion for X’s mission to promote open discourse and connect communities.
