The sales operations manager will report directly to the head of Microsoft Advertising and operate as a right hand for planning, reporting and analysis of the business unit. You will also participate in the improvement and redesign of processes, tools development and knowledge management, to help the sales team work more efficiently. The role is not client-facing, but it has a quarterly bonus tied to the
team’s revenue quota.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Reporting and analysis:
    • Weekly revenue meeting and client acquisition meeting.
      Ad hoc analysis for upper management related to delivery, attainment, pacing, growth,
      coverage, efficiency, and opportunities.
    • Liaison with partners’ sales operations teams.
    • Work with finance teams and operations hub in monthly revenue recognition, quarterly quota attainment.
    • Quarterly and annual planning.
    • Knowledge management: Maintain and grow processes documentation, sales narratives, client files and team central information.
    • Processes automation and continuous improvement.
    • Generate relevant insights, working with our data team.

Skills and Experience Required:

    • Experience 4+ years in some of the following roles or similar ones:
    • Strategic or management consulting in top firms.
      Sales Operations in technology companies, agencies, software companies.
      Revenue management.
      Sales Finance.
      Business Development.
    • Tools:
    • Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and Looker Studio knowledge is a must.
      Nice to have: SQL, Python, VBA.
    • Languages:
    • English (required)
      Portuguese (desirable)
    • Personal skills:
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
      Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth.
      Excellent communication.
