We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to build, grow, and scale the Pinterest ads business within the E-commerce landscape in Taiwan, across both domestic and export markets. This role will focus on advertisers and agencies, driving commercial success through strategic partnerships and performance-based initiatives.

What You'll Do

    • Take ownership of commercial success, including planning and full accountability for both short-term and long-term KPIs.
    • Achieve quarterly ad revenue sales targets.
    • Generate new business leads and track revenue performance across the client portfolio.
    • Independently create and execute business development strategies to acquire new advertisers and grow Pinterest ad revenue.
    • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agencies and advertisers.
    • Educate advertisers and agencies on Pinterest products through onsite presentations and one-on-one training.
    • Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative media plans that reach target audiences and deliver campaign KPIs.
    • Represent Pinterest as the exclusive local reseller across industry events and E-commerce networks in Taiwan.
    • Be creative and results-driven, continuously generating new ideas and solutions to improve sales strategies.

What You Need for This Role

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Social Sciences.
    • 7–10 years of experience in ad sales or business development, with a focus on E-commerce or large local brands.
    • Strong knowledge of Taiwan’s E-commerce landscape and key partners.
    • Proven ability to build new business and scale client relationships.
    • Solid commercial acumen with direct revenue accountability.
    • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, tech, and media buying.
    • Skills in analytics, pricing models, CRM, data and financial analysis.
    • Experience in media agency dynamics and key account management.
    • Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
