Position Overview
We are creating a world-class team of media professionals and seeking an experienced Country Head to develop our business with a global social media platform and to achieve the financial goals, develop a great team, guard the brand and partnership and comply with reporting and operating standards.

The position will be based in Seoul, South Korea and requires some travelling to client and agency locations and the Country Head will report to the CEO located in Singapore.
Objectives and Responsibilities
● Sets monthly sales goals & strategy
● Be the representative of MediaDonuts by Aleph during presentations, events, PR activities & thought leadership
● Spearhead the weekly – monthly commercial, operating & financial reports
● Active Involvement of team recruitment, leadership, motivation, onboarding, training & development & compensation
● Ensures compliance with MediaDonuts by Aleph’s policies and reporting utilizing the approved tools & workflows as well as sales marketing standards
● Performs detailed market analysis
● Manages and grows the team in both working expertise and revenue recruitment
● Pipeline management
● Promotes team retention & Great Place to Work standards
Required Qualifications and Skills

● Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies
● Demonstrate ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
● Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers
● Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
● Technical background and familiarity with advertising technologies, mobile apps and other internet technologies
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
● Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision
● Strong professional oral and written communication skills in English
