The Data Analyst Expert will Support the Operations HUB Lead in developing new tools and processes to operate more efficiently within the Sales area in Latam. This role will also work closely with the Client Solutions Manager, focuses on processing client campaigns, managing data, and maintaining adherence to policies and processes.

Main Responsibilities

    • Process improvement through programming around situations with bottle necks.
    • Assist in drafting, checking, and organizing business-related documents such as Purchase Orders and Campaigns.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes, especially in accounting and finance areas.
    • Utilize Excel skills to assist in analyzing campaign data and generating insights.
    • Utilize data visualization skills to provide to the different business units insights about their performance
    • Support the creation of reports and basic dashboards for sales tracking.
    • Help identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency using coding techniques.
    • Work closely with the Client Solutions team and other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Collaborate with senior team members when necessary to provide comprehensive client support.
    • Analyze data, looking for trends needed to improve customer support processes and working closely with the partner's marketing/advertising team to improve performance and achieve targets

Skills and Experience Required

    • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
    • Proficiency in English is required.
    • Experience in roles related to Operations, Data Analysis, Digital Media, or Finance is required.
    • Experience with leading teams is a plus
    • Experience with data visualization tools like Data Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau
    • Advanced knowledge of Sheets/Excel 
    • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

    • Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements is encouraged.
    • Experience with CRM and workflow tools is a plus.
    • Understanding of the agency environment is a plus.
