The Solutions Engineer role is designed for engineers who thrive at the intersection of technology and business, collaborating directly with clients to address complex challenges through innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Client & Agency Collaboration: Work closely with advertisers and agencies to
    • develop and execute measurement strategies that enhance understanding of campaign performance on TikTok.
    • Strategic Consulting: Partner with revenue, product, and marketing teams to implement learning agendas that drive client success.
    • Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses, including incrementality
    • testing, attribution modeling, and media mix modeling, to provide actionable insights.
    • Education & Enablement: Develop training materials and sessions to educate internal teams and clients on measurement best practices.
    • Feedback Integration: Gather and relay client and agency feedback to product and partnerships teams to refine measurement tools and methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing analytics, or
    • measurement-focused roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees preferred.
    • Proficiency in experimental design, inferential statistics, and analytical methods.
    • Strong time-management and goal-oriented task management skills.
    • Experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.
    • Experience with SQL, R, or HIVE for custom analytical work.
    • Familiarity with privacy-first measurement systems and clean room technologies.
    • Experience in specific verticals such as CPG, retail, tech, or dining.
