We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and manage Salesforce architecture.
Solution Architect responsibilities include designing, modifying and testing Salesforce
architecture as well as being responsible for the integrations architecture that solve specific
business needs within an organization.
This position will be in charge of coordinating for supporting, maintaining, and carrying forward
projects related to the CRM (Salesforce) and their integration with other internal and external
systems of the company such as ERP, Client portals, document repositories, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture.
    • Provide supervision and guidance to internal and external teams
    • Research for new Salesforce technologies and propose changes where needed
    • Building and integrating CRM functionalities to meet the company’s needs
    • Assessing the CRM architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
    • Resolving technical problems as they arise
    • Supervising of tickets support and following project 
    • Coordination of priorities and following them.

Skills and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
    • Advanced English skills, both oral and written 
    • In-depth understanding of coding languages
    • More than 3 years with Salesforce and coordination teams
    • Analytical and organizational skills 
    • Good sales process knowledge
