Alice&Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.
The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!
We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM. We are growing fast, securing 30 million USD of funding in 2022 to develop our unique technology.
We are 125 and counting, between physicists, PhDs, engineers and experienced business professionals, all united in reaching our ambitious goal. If you are an explorer, craving to challenge yourself and make quantum computing come true, come and join us!

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive technician to join our Infrastructure team. Your primary responsibilities will involve assembling new cryogenic products and racks, inspecting deliveries, and monitoring incoming stock.
Additionally, you will support integration teams by addressing various issues, such as repairing or replacing defective parts or components.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and report any non-conforming products to the manager.
    • Ensure traceability of operations on accompanying documents.
    • Promote safety by identifying and mitigating risks and adhering to safety protocols.
    • Monitor stocks of mechanical, cryogenic, RF components, etc.
    • Manage orders and receipt of materials.
    • Record incoming orders and log batch details from subcontractors.

Requirements

    • Proficiency in general mechanics (mechanical assembly, tightening torque, reading 2D/3D drawings, tolerances).
    • Ability to solder through-hole and SMD components.
    • Competence in interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams and bills of materials.
    • Experience with simple assembly of precision mechanical, electrical, and electronic prototypes.
    • Proficient English
