Alice & Bob are a deep tech company going through an R&D stage to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We secured 30 million USD in funding to further develop our unique technology.
We are a young team with some of the brightest scientific minds joining us straight from completing their PhD or university. Of course, we are serious about our mission and participation in the quantum race alongside tech giants like Google and IBM, however we are also keen to create ever-lasting memories. Including lots of celebrations and fun, as we continue to have many successes along the way to our ultimate goal of building the first Universal, fault-tolerant Quantum Computer! We’re looking for someone who is excited to dive into data, learn the ins and outs of analysis, and tackle a variety of projects in the fast-paced world of quantum computing. Joining our growing, international Marketing team, you’ll work closely with teammates who value collaboration, creativity, and flexibility. Responsibilities:
- Analytics: Help us establish and improve the gathering of audience data from a variety of sources, from web to email marketing and social media. Developing automations and advanced tracking.
- Reporting: Interpret the data gathered across social media, website traffic, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Compile insights into a cohesive report to guide strategy.
- Website Management: Update and manage website content through a CMS, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
- Internal Data Organization: Structure and organize marketing data to enhance workflow efficiency and access for the team and the company.
- Project Support: Play a key role in supporting various high-impact marketing projects, including: Event organization, Social media initiatives, Video production and Employer branding, among others.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in final year of Business, Management, Marketing, Communication studies or a related field and looking for a 6-month internship.
- Digital Skills: Comfortable with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI or equivalent and familiar with CMS platforms.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data.
- Organized: Systematic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
- Team Player: Able to work well within a team, supporting diverse marketing projects.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a fast-growing, ideally startup/scale-up environment.
- Prior experience of marketing CRM tools and email marketing management.
- Some knowledge of SEO, SEA and sponsored social media campaigns
