Are you passionate about quantum technologies and ready to take on a leadership role at the intersection of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship? We’re looking for an Innovation and Partnerships Manager to help us drive collaborations, secure funding, and manage projects that are shaping the future of quantum computing. If you have a strong background in quantum physics, a knack for building relationships, and an entrepreneurial mindset, this role could be perfect for you.

Your Mission:

    • As our Innovation and Partnerships Manager, you will be a key player in driving our research and innovation projects forward. Your role will involve:
    • Managing Partnerships: Lead and nurture partnerships with academia, research institutions, and companies within the quantum value chain. You’ll pilot several partnerships, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and projects are progressing smoothly.
    • Project Leadership: Take ownership of project management, from securing research funding to overseeing deliverables and ensuring alignment with our innovation roadmap.
    • Funding Strategy: Monitor funding opportunities and actively pursue new sources of financing, including submissions of project proposals to governmental and private funding bodies.
    • Innovation Scouting: Keep a pulse on advancements in quantum technologies, particularly those related to superconducting circuits, and identify breakthroughs that can overcome technical hurdles in our roadmap.
    • External Representation: Represent our company at industry conferences and within the broader quantum computing ecosystem, building relationships that further our strategic goals.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including physicists, marketing, finance, legal, HR, and intellectual property—to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects.

A Little About You:

    • We’re looking for someone with deep technical expertise in quantum technologies, combined with a strong ability to manage projects and partnerships. Ideally, you have:
    • A PhD or postdoc experience or academic background in quantum physics, with specific knowledge of qubit manipulation and superconducting circuits.
    • Around 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a scale-up or research-driven organization.
    • A demonstrated ability to build and manage partnerships in academic, governmental, or private sectors, with an understanding of research funding processes.
    • Strong communication and relational skills—you’re comfortable leading collaborations, presenting at conferences, and acting as a point of reference for the company.
    • Fluency in English—written and spoken. French is a nice to have.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset: You’re self-driven, proactive, and excited by the challenge of bringing quantum technologies to life.
