We are looking for a Site Director to lead the operations of our new technical site (in the Paris region),
which will include:
- A nanofabrication clean room
- A cryogenic laboratory (for cooling and characterizing our superconducting chips)
Your role will be to coordinate the overall functioning of all operational services on site, to guarantee
safety and the environment, and to coordinate the development of the site (arrival of new machines,
extensions, etc.).
Reporting to the Chief of Engineering, you will interact closely with Alice&Bob's various technical and
R&D teams.
Mission
- Coordinate and lead all operational services on site on a daily basis: coordination of the manufacturing and measurement plan, operating briefs, coordination of activities at site level
- Guarantor of safety and quality on the site
- Industrial management of the site: guarantee the proper use of the installations, ensure the implementation of maintenance plans, participate in the definition of investment needs with the technical teams
- Economic management of the site: development of the site budget, management of site investments, participation in the definition of new installations
- Installation acceptance phase (validation of technical systems)
- Machine hook up phase (installation of the first cryostats and nanofabrication equipment)
- Qualification and transfer phase of processes and measurements

Requirements
- Engineering degree
- 10+ years of experience
- Successful experience in the operation of industrial/R&D/laboratory facilities, (including responsibility for safety)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Nice to have: Experience in clean room operation
