Alice & Bob are a deep tech company going through an R&D stage to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We secured 30 million USD in funding to further develop our unique technology.
We are a young team with some of the brightest scientific minds joining us straight from completing their PhD or university. Of course, we are serious about our mission and participation in the quantum race alongside tech giants like Google and IBM, however we are also keen to create ever-lasting memories. Including lots of celebrations and fun, as we continue to have many successes along the way to our ultimate goal of building the first Universal, fault-tolerant Quantum Computer! As a TA Apprentice, you will join the HR team and support the recruitment team on day-day recruitment and also projects for the People team as a whole
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers with Intern hiring
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing talent
- Assist with scheduling interviews
- Contribute towards projects for Talent Acquisition and the People team
Requirements
- Attending a school where an Apprenticeship is possible to work 3days per week at Alice & Bob for up to a year
- Outstanding academic record
- Passion for starting a career in TA and HR
