BEING AN USER ACQUISITION MANAGER IN ALICTUS
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will involve in creating and implementing marketing strategies to reach potential users, analyzing data to identify target demographics and advertising channels, and managing budgets to maximize the return on investment for user acquisition efforts. The day-to-day work of a user acquisition manager includes tasks analyzing creatives, analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics, and collaborating with other teams such as product managers and designers to optimize the user acquisition process. Overall, a user acquisition manager plays a crucial role in driving user growth and engagement for an organization.
What you will do day in and day out;
- Outperform your monthly goals
- Analyze and optimize UA Campaigns with a ROAS perspective
- Conduct creative analysis and cooperate with the marketing art team on new concepts
- Seek, test, and evaluate new UA channels, and growth hacking strategies to increase effectiveness and efficiency in your work
- Build and maintain a strong business relationship with our partners
- Share knowledge across growth and Alictus teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Economy or in any equivalent department
- 1+ years of hands-on experience creating and optimizing mobile UA campaigns
- Excellent understanding of marketing analytics and ad tech tools
- Experience with UA creative process
- Hacker mindset, eager to improve and explore new challenges continuously
- Effectively coordinating our UA partners, helping to build, maintain and develop our relations with them
