As we continue to scale, we're seeking a Data Science Manager to join our core team.

Key responsibilities:

    • Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Leading teams delivering automated document workflows that meet client needs
    • Supporting client sales conversations and proposal preparation
    • Machine learning and information retrieval
    • Natural language processing and text analytics

Required Expertise:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience working on complex AI and Machine Learning projects
    • Team lead experience managing Junior and Senior Data Scientists
    • Extensive hands on experience in delivering Data Science models
    • Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders to understand problem statements and converse with non-technical audiences alike.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage an environment of rapid change and development, and lead others through this process
    • Evidence to success in design and build of advanced data analytics solutions
    • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experiences
    • Sound knowledge of Python and general software development skills (source code management, debugging, testing, deployment, etc.).
    • Keen understanding of text pre-processing and normalization techniques, such as tokenization, and POS tagging.
    • Ability to design NLP pipelines to meet customer requirements
    • Familiarity with different approaches for training entity tagging models (e.g. CRF, RNN, CNN, Transformer).
    • Experience with asynchronous programming is a plus.
    • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and Pytorch
    • Familiarity with computer vision deep learning algorithms a plus (CNN, RCNN)
    • BS, MS and or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, etc

Highly Desirable:

    • Prior experience consulting in the financial services sector on Data Science projects is a major plus

Salary Range: $160,000 - $185,000 annually + Equity + Fully Paid Company benefits + 401k + Unlimited PTO
