Summary
The Production Control Analyst is responsible for coordinating short-term and long-term aircraft fleet scheduled maintenance and major projects implementation with emphasis on heavy checks and new aircraft inductions, coordinating with the appropriate departments for the accomplishment of that work in accordance with the various requirements driven by the specific modification being implemented. In addition, the Analyst develops system automation to enable process efficiencies and standardization for the Allegiant Air aircraft fleet. The Production Control team is responsible for reviewing all packages and validating budgeted man-hours to complete the work package. The Analyst establishes progress reports weekly as coordinated with different departments. They ensure parts, materials, and tooling are aligned with production requirements demand or as planned. They hold pre‐dock, post‐dock meetings, and working party critiques. The Production Control Analyst's additional essential duties include creating new policies and procedures to enhance the established processes.

•Minimum three (3) years of aircraft certification and heavy maintenance.
•Minimum two (2) years as an aircraft mechanic.
•Minimum five (5) years of experience managing projects and large programs.

•Excellent written & verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate with ascending levels of management.
•Ability to prioritize work and work independently with minimal supervision.
•In-depth knowledge of Coding.
•Must have strong keyboard skills with knowledge of Microsoft OS's, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
•Self-motivated problem-solver with professional demeanor.
•Knowledge of and experience understanding aviation safety standards, safe operating standards, Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's) maintenance and airworthiness requirements for air carriers.
•Organized; proven track record of completing tasks.
•Strong work ethic and flexibility required.
•Ability to tactfully manage in order to interface effectively over a broad range of company functions.
•Ability to locate, understand and extract pertinent information from AIS.
•Ability to interface with multiple Airframe Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities, and track maintenance check progress/status.

•Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
•Ability to work collaboratively with Team Members in other departments.
Preferred Requirements
•Knowledge of and ability to understand and research AD’s, IPC’s, Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulleting, Standard Practice Manuals, etc.
•Intermediate knowledge of data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
•Knowledge of and ability to research and audit aircraft records and maintenance check packages.
Job Duties
•Collaborate with a team of individuals that develop and maintain an implementation of major modifications and scheduled heavy maintenance events.
•Monitor and track the progress and performance of the heavy maintenance execution, identify problem areas, and initiate recommendations for corrective actions.
•Validate engineering for completeness, prepare post check review meetings, and assist in the development of vendor scorecards to track vendor performance.
•Develop system automation for daily reporting, package preparation and man-hour validation, metric and performance monitoring, and performance review.
•Review packages and validate budgeted man-hours to complete the work package.
•Establish progress reports weekly as coordinated with different departments.
•Ensure parts, materials, and tooling is aligned with production requirements demand or as planned.
•Assist the Manager Production Control in the preparation of annual heavy maintenance and aircraft induction budgets by reviewing past maintenance program changes and expenditures. Analyze future needs; track expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
•Develop capacity, manpower, and cost models for heavy maintenance.
•Establishment of Maintenance goals and objectives.
•Ensure pre and post check meetings are restructured for program review and accountability and that lessons learned are incorporated into future work.
•Provide analysis for the RFP process when developing new Heavy Check Maintenance Contracts.
•Assist with Heavy Check Quarterly Performance Reviews with MRO’s.
•Create and update Heavy Maintenance forecast for all Allegiant Air Aircraft.
•Monitor the fluctuating A/C total times, cycles, and hard dates for each fleet and optimize the Heavy Check/Induction schedule to account for all fluctuations.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
•Other duties as assigned by the Manager Production Control.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
