Summary
The Team Member Travel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Allegiant Air’s crew and team member travel programs. This includes managing travel logistics such as air, hotel, and ground transportation; developing and enforcing travel policies; maintaining vendor relationships; and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company standards. The role also provides leadership to the travel team, supports cross-departmental collaboration, and drives operational excellence across both crew and corporate travel functions. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee interline agreements and relationships, ensuring they are effectively managed to support team member travel needs.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience at a supervisory level. Minimum two (2) years of experience in the airline or travel industry
•Prior experience working with labor contracts and navigating restrictive works rules.
•Excellent leadership and project management skills
•Superior oral and written communication, consultative, and negotiation skills.
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
•Proven ability to focus on details with high accuracy and analytical skills.
•Technical proficiency in online reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus.
•Ability to display the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
•Availability and willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
•Must be able to read, write, and speak English to understand instructions, ensure safety, and interact with customers.

Job Duties
•Manage all travel needs for Allegiant Air Crew Members and team members, including leisure, corporate, business, and training-related travel.
•Oversee Temporary Duty Assignments (TDY), Irregular Operations, Maintenance Technician travel, and Charter Flight activity.
•Administer the Interline pass travel program and maintain relationships with partner airlines.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive travel policies and procedures for inclusion in the Crew Travel Guidelines and Travel Center Handbook.
•Maintain accurate travel bookings and data within the crew scheduling system.
•Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with departmental processes and procedures.
•Reconcile company credit card transactions and charges related to travel.
•Source, evaluate, and manage vendor, consultant, and third-party administrator relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and service alignment.
•Provide leadership and coaching to travel department staff, including performance management, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
•Train new employees and assist in staffing efforts including recruiting, selecting, and onboarding.
•Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate crew pay and travel-related data.
•Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, participation, and open communication.
•Build strong business relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
•Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities as appropriate.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
