Summary:
The Treasury Intern maintains a strong working knowledge of payment processing applications and financial modeling. They process and perform adjustments for customer disputes, analyze payments and fraud trends, and propose recommendations to promote efficiency in processes and costs. Additionally, they perform financial analysis on corporate investments and debt transactions as well as assist in administrative duties of the Treasury group.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details:
Bachelor's Degree recent graduate or currently pursuing degree. To be qualified to apply, intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference given to candidates that will have completed at least two (2) years of relevant university-level coursework. Relevant coursework includes: accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.

•Excellent verbal and written communication to prepare and present recommendation to higher management.

•Able to collect and examine data, determine important trends, project possible consequences and scrutinize results.

Job Duties:
•Prepare and assist in reconciliation of daily and monthly Credit Card payment related performance reports for analysis.
•Provide analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the company.
•Assist in administrative aspects of transaction closings.
•Under direction of management, model and analyze impact of corporate investment and debt facilities.
•Communicate to broad cross-functional teams the issue, remediation, and next steps in time-sensitive situations.
•Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and provide experience, risk, and product insights.
•Apply analytic techniques to complex information sets in order to make logical and supported recommendations.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
