Summary
The Marketing Communication Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the management, execution and reporting for the broader Marketing Communications Team, made up of Advertising, Brand, Content Marketing, and Partnership Marketing as well as Team Member engagement with Partnership Perks in conjunction with Culture and Engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this administrative role will work closely with the Content Marketing, Culture & Engagement, and Partnership Marketing Teams to support day-to-day administration tasks as detailed above. 

This position is best-suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong project management, organizational and communication skills are a must.

The Marketing Communications Administrator will be required to work with Allegiant team members as well as agency representatives. In many cases, position will be required to work with discretion.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education:

Years of Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of experience in administrative position required. 

•Proficient with all tools in Microsoft 365.
•Experience working in ad administrative role.
•Meticulous record keeping.
•Critical thinking and problem-solving enthusiast with an immense attention to detail.
•Ability to quickly adapt to the dynamics of the airline industry by understanding changes and supporting management.
•Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
•Actively participate in special project assignments and team building activities.
Preferred Requirements

Job Duties
•Content Marketing Influencer and Ambassador programs:
Facilitate Contracts.
Track and keep records.
Process expense report submissions.
Facilitate travel arrangements.
Perform program reporting.
Ensure billing and payments are timely, etc.
•Partnership Marketing initiatives:
Track asset deadlines.
Create JIRA's for required creative assets.
Traffic creative assets to partners.
Transfer tickets to customers and Team Members.
•Partnership Perks:
Track Entries.
Select and notify winner selections and notifications.
Manage Team Member communications as related to the Partnership Perks program.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
