Job Description: 
•Oversee and implement the company’s air revenue management strategy by analyzing changes in the market and determining optimal process for assigned flights and regions.
•Lead, manage and develop a group of revenue management analysts.
•Oversee air-related ancillary product revenue optimization through conducting regular pricing experimentations and pricing changes depending on competition and market conditions.
•Track and initiate pricing strategy in competitive markets.
•Report changes to the competitive environment and ensure appropriate pricing has been implemented. 
•Work with the Marketing and IT to track consumer demand, schedule, and implement sales and promotions. 

Job Requirements: 

Education
•Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Sciences.

Work Experience
•Four (4) years of work experience in airline pricing and revenue management

Special Requirements
•Four (4) years of experience in leisure travel pricing.
•Three (3) years of experience in conducting pricing related A/B testing.
•Three (3) years of experience in formulating data driven arguments impacting pricing based decisions.
•Two (2) years of experience using SQL and/or R.
 
Supervisory Duties
•This position manages and supervises two (2) Revenue Management Analysts that are responsible for assisting with ancillary and 3rd party product pricing
