Summary
The Facilities Construction and Real Estate Coordinator works closely with the other members of the facilities team and will be asked to manage and assist in accomplishing regular tasks, including station opening/ closing, assisting with developing requirements for new construction by working with affected work groups, general contractors etc.; organizing general maintenance and repairs, landscape maintenance and repair, invoice approval and other facilities functions as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction related project management.
•Strong communication skills.
•Proficiency in various Microsoft products a must (Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
•Proficiency in working in a Windows environment.
•Advanced knowledge of HVAC and Electrical systems, technical competence, camera software, and mechanical engineering of commercial buildings.
•Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects.
•Ability and willingness to travel to support projects across the country as needed.
Preferred Requirements
•General knowledge of construction.
•Familiarity with CAD.
Job Duties
•Ensure building compliance with applicable safety regulations.
•Oversee building management system and address concerns as they arise.
•Direct the design, planning, construction and maintenance of an organization’s facilities and properties.
•Coordinate the planning, development and implementation of recovery, repair and preventative and or predictive maintenance procedures, Implement corrective action if in non-conformance.
•Develop and maintain maintenance records and inventory of all assets in all office and warehouse locations.
•Work closely with IT department to support electrical needs and other department leaders to solicit project requirements.
•Act as project lead on small to medium construction projects.
•Respond to after-hours requests as needed.
•Assist members of facilities team in performing and completing general facilities task.
•Invoice review and approvals.
•Develop and monitor project level budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company goals, growth, and future needs.
•Ensure building operations comply with all local zoning laws and regulations.
•Compose and implement policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
•Create functional strategies and objectives.
•Develop Request for Proposals for project and contracts, evaluate proposals, award and approve contracts, oversee all aspects of contracts and contractors through completion.
•Travel as needed to coordinate and organize projects at various Allegiant facility locations throughout the country.
•Maintain good working relationships with all vendors.
•Cultivate strong working relationships and communications with all departments within the facility.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
