Summary:
The Leisure Products Marketing Intern assists the Leisure Products Manager and Team with all facets of supplier partnerships. The Intern is responsible for maintaining the company's relationships with hospitality organizations and attraction partners with the goal of achieving revenue and customer service objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Education:
High School Diploma/GED

Education Details:
Bachelor's Degree recent graduate or currently pursuing degree.  To be qualified to apply, intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Years of Experience:
Minimum six (6) months of experience in leisure travel products.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop positive and effective relationships with supplier and business colleagues.

Solid written and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment.

Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple deadlines.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Preferred Requirements:
Experience in a customer service or operations oriented role for an online marketplace and/or product management preferably in travel technology.

Customer Service and account management experience.

Well- developed research and analytical skills, complemented by business acumen and sound business judgement.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule to accommodate company's operating hours.

Job Duties:
Support the Manager and Leisure Products Team with all aspects of supplier management.

Verify all non-automated hotel, attraction and ground transportation transactions and send to suppliers on a daily basis.

Assist with ongoing projects and database processes.

Load all agreements negotiated by Leisure Products Manager in a timely and error free manner.

Execute projects with suppliers, data and content to optimize their performance with distribution system.

Manage account data in company software platform tools and systems.

Assist Leisure Products Manager on various projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
