Summary
The Multimedia Marketing Specialist will assist in designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive multimedia communication strategy. This position will be responsible for interactive multimedia development, video production, audio production, and photographic needs to support internal and external communication and marketing needs.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details:  In video production, photography, videography, communications, marketing, or related field.
Certification:  No
Certification Details:  Video Production certificate, Multi-Media Production certification OR portfolio/work examples in lieu of certification.
Years of Experience:  Minimum two (2) years of experience in a related field.

•Strong photography, videography, editing, and production skills.
•Ability to post-process photographs.
•Strong editing skills.
•Highly motivated and self-directed.
•Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively so tight deadlines are consistently met.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
•Proficient in both Windows and Mac environments.
•Strong brand messaging management skills.
•Ability and willingness to travel as required including locally.
•Familiar with the basics of Allegiant culture.
•Attention to detail; complete work thoroughly and accurately.
•Skillful decision making/problem solving to pinpoint the problem and see to resolve it.
•Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively as an independent contributor as well as a member of a team/group.

Preferred Requirements
•Adobe Creative Suites and other production and publishing tools.

Job Duties
•Supports internal communication initiatives by covering company events; this includes taking video footage or pictures.
•Works and communicates effectively with various other departments to create high-quality multimedia content and campaigns, including flexible scheduling.
•Produces videos to support internal communications, including employee life and job profiles, promotional videos, base features, etc.
•Produces videos for external communications to be used for pre-roll, blog, website, and social media platforms.
•Produces useful photographic footage for both internal and external publications.
•Attends conferences to maintain an up-to-date skillset of multimedia tools/methods, as well as to support the development of professional skills.
•Works closely with all Marketing Communications workgroups to support initiatives as needed, such as emails, videos, social media, and other creative strategies.
•Promotes our mission statement, business model, and unique culture of Allegiant through each project.
•Travels to various Allegiant stations/bases to film and photograph multiple assignments, including onboard Allegiant flights.
•Actively participants on the Marketing Communications team, attending events and capturing content as needed.
•Works with Brand Manager to support Culture & Engagement team for production needs.
•Other duties as assigned

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
