The East Coast Training Center (ECTC) Facilities Manager leads and oversees all operations of the Company's facilities management function.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Education Details: Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3 ) years of supervisory experience and/or facility oversight.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to multi-task.
•Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
•Ability to be on-call 24/7 to field telephone calls regarding facility concerns.
•Previous airline experience.
•Ensure all rules / guidelines set forth by Allegiant Headquarters and Allegiant Departments are adhered to by all on ECTC property.
•Manage access badges including issuance, collection, and repair. Follow up on and deactivation of all badges that were not returned.
•Maintain facility schedule which includes all department classes, meetings, and events.
•Plan ECTC schedules and publish on G4's ECTC classroom and meeting room assignments page.
•Responsible for room / set up/ test equipment needed for upcoming classes/meetings/events.
•Provide guidance and support to all instructors, students, guests, visitors, vendors, etc.
•Facility and grounds upkeep including wipe down-desks and chairs, pick up/empty trash receptacles, clear bugs, sweep, maintain signage, etc.
•Collect, document, and report maintenance needs.
•Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
•On call at all times (24/7) and contactable by telephone for Fire Department, SIM Techs, and Airport Authority.
•Meet established daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and as needed tasks.
•Oversee Team Members on Light Duty Leaves of Absence that are assigned to work at the ECTC including planning schedules, assigning tasks, etc.
•Manage facility parking passes including collecting signed waivers.
•Liaise with Maintenance Hanger and Stores Team Members at airport to assist with housekeeping and facility maintenance needs.
•Work with Flight Ops Interview Team to welcome and escort candidates through the on-site interview process.
•Maintain inventory of IT and building equipment.
•Ensure facility is prepared for hurricane season including inventory of supplies, review of emergency plan, obtain and place sand bags, monitor and report storm progrees to HQ and Facilities, secure each room and secure doorways.
•Provide administrative support to the Recurrent Ground School with laptops, log in credentials, webcam availability and functionality, and provide sign out sheets and name tents.
•Maintain record of Facilities Manager's daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc tasks, duties and responsibilities and ensure their satisfactory execution.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office/IT - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24 hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
