About All Raise
All Raise is a non-profit that is committed to fostering a world where women and non-binary leaders build and fund the future. Born out of a grassroots movement in 2018, our mission is to propel the success of women and non-binary investors, founders, and operators by changing the culture and composition of the venture capital ecosystem. All Raise is led by CEO Paige Hendrix Buckner, a seasoned operator and founder who has worked in startups, non-profits, education, and public policy. About the Role
All Raise is seeking a VC Fellow who will serve as the eyes and ears of All Raise HQ through the end of 2025, bridging the gap between the Programs and Community teams and the VC community. We welcome both pre-business school and post-business school applicants. This hire should have experience in marketing, communications, and/or community management. Existing venture experience and familiarity with the investor landscape is strongly preferred.
You will:
- Maintain community and member communications
- Support membership platform operations such as: customer service support, maintaining the resource library and job board, and pulling audience reports for All Raise team by request
- Help plan and execute on events that bring together funders from across different geographies, sector, and stage focuses
- Review requests from the volunteer and broader venture ecosystem and help determine how resources should be allocated amongst various requests
- Receive mentorship from a wide range of VCs and All Raise leaders, as well as special access to workshops, events, and other All Raise programming
You have:
- At least 2+ years of venture experience at a venture fund, either pre- or post-business school
- An existing venture network that can help inform your views of how female and non-binary funders can be best supported
- A strong desire to advance the positions of other female and non-binary funders in the venture ecosystem
- At least 10 hours a week to commit to the All Raise fellowship
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Airtable, Luma, and Salesforce, or willingness to learn

Compensation: $750 monthly stipend
