We are looking for a seasoned and mission-aligned VP of Marketing to lead All Raise’s marketing strategy and operations. This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to our CEO, and interfacing across our rapidly growing community of high-profile founders, funders, and allies. You will own the company’s positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, content, demand generation, and communications,  all while building thought leadership around our mission, programs, and impact. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling and leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is an opportunity to do meaningful work like:

    • Lead All Raise’s brand, positioning, messaging, communications, content, demand generation and development tools to maximize impact relative to the All Raise mission and strategic objectives 
    • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable marketing strategies and execution plans with clear KPIs to drive and measure impact against All Raise’s key objectives
    • Lead and mentor a growing team of marketers while harnessing and galvanizing a rapidly growing volunteer and ally base
    • Define and execute a communications strategy that amplifies All Raise’s mission and visibility, solidifying All Raise as a leading voice and agent of change driving aggressively towards gender equality throughout the tech ecosystem
    • Act as a key spokesperson for All Raise, giving speeches and presentations at All Raise events and relevant external industry events
    • Exercise a data-centric approach to shine a light on the state of the industry, our impact against our mission, and systemic obstacles throughout the tech ecosystem; use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results
    • Collaborate with product management to inform the larger product and program strategy based on market trends and industry landscape
    • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, to support expansion into new markets or new product launches
    • Provide analysis and direction to inform broader volunteer engagement, event, and communication strategy
    • Prioritize and create content to amplify reach of the organization and ensure repeatability and scalability
    • Define and implement marketing infrastructure, including technologies, processes and systems that allow for scalable execution of programs and objectives
    • Roll up your sleeves when the job requires
    • Recruit top talent to grow the marketing team

Our ideal candidate has this blend of experience, skills, and motivation:

    • Proven marketing leadership experience 10+ years with track record of scaling from an early stage to high growth
    • Experience in an early-stage technology start-up (consumer or enterprise)
    • Deep product marketing experience including driving product launches, market segmentation,  and messaging
    • Experience building and leading world-class marketing functions
    • Inherently collaborative nature coupled with ruthless prioritization abilities
    • Ability to lead through influence, persuasive communication skills and partnership, enabling you to win hearts and minds of your peers, including our volunteer ambassadors, to successfully execute to our aggressive product portfolio and mission
    • A sense of urgency and ability to act quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position, and not afraid to make and execute upon decisions
    • Motivated by taking on challenges, defining new business models, and creating new categories
    • Enjoys being part of a fun, dynamic, cross-functional team working toward the common goal of accelerating the success of female founders and funders
