What You’ll Be Doing
•    Own the development, validation and execution of go-to-market strategies for select target markets
•    Evaluate and communicate progress of market expansion efforts on a regular basis to key stakeholders
•    Develop KPIs and provide ongoing reporting for selected markets, tracking the impact of initiatives implemented
•    Drive market research to understand local user needs, preferences, cultural differences, competitive environment, and any local insights that will help drive strategic decision making
•    Partner closely with leadership, and cross-functional teams (design, marketing, engineering, research, etc.) to bring features and product positioning to market
 
Requirements
•    4+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or other related analytical functions
•    Keen strategic thinker, with an innate ability to synthesize complex, unstructured information from a variety of sources into actionable, implementable recommendations
•    Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in Excel/sheets and SQL
•    Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
•    Cross functional team player with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within your company
•    Expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire, a knack for breaking down complex concepts, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing
•    Ability to deal with ambiguity and needs little to no guidance
•    Scrappy, creative problem solver who is willing to dive in wherever is needed
•    Passion for the outdoors
•    Humility, empathy and open-mindedness - no egos
 
Bonus Points
•    Considerable time living/working abroad in Europe
•    Business proficiency in French, German, and/or Spanish
•    Experience working at a mobile-first B2C company
•    High-growth or subscription business experience
