The Role: 

As Director of Business Development - Luxury and Beauty Brands at AllWork®, you will play a crucial role in our expansion into the luxury and consumer brand markets. This strategic position focuses on leveraging your existing network and expertise in selling retail, staffing, payroll, or technology services to luxury and consumer brands. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional experienced in engaging with VP/C-level executives in the beauty, apparel, footwear, and related categories. In addition, this person should have experience of selling Saas or other technology products. In this role, you have the ability to be a pivotal figure in driving AllWork®’s business growth within the Luxury and Retail environment.  

Responsibilities:

    • Utilize your industry knowledge and connections to strategically increase AllWork®'s presence in the luxury and beauty sectors. 
    • Engage with key decision-makers in luxury and consumer brands, showcasing AllWork®'s unique value proposition. 
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closing, prioritizing long-term relationships and client satisfaction. 
    • Work closely with internal teams to tailor our offerings to the specific needs of luxury and beauty brands, ensuring our solutions exceed expectations. 

Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in sales or business development within the beauty, luxury retail, or related industries, achieving sales targets. 
    • Proven track record of sales of a Saas or Technology product, ideally a HR or payroll tech product.  
    • Strong network of VP and C-level contacts within the luxury retail and beauty sectors. 
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating compelling presentations and narratives. 
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in a competitive market. 
    • Ideally located in or near NYC, with the flexibility to travel as needed. 
$130,000 - $165,000 a year
