About the Role:

The Marketing Campaign Manager will be a key new member of our Marketing team, managing and executing our campaign strategy to support the pipeline and drive demand generation.
The role involves all campaigns aspects from managing the overall campaign planning globally, execution and development of the campaign strategy, end to end delivery of campaigns, measurement and analytics to ensure we are achieving ROI.

Your responsibilities will require collaborating with different colleagues across the team and in other ALOM departments, including for data and insights gathering to inform and adjust our campaign plans.

Day to day, you will be:

    • Managing, executing, and developing lead generation and nurturing campaigns with key target accounts and customers. This includes advertising, Google paid search, LinkedIn paid social, LinkedIn organic social, and Hubspot email nurtures
    • Supporting events with invites, landing page, database, campaign calendar, follow-ups, webinars 
    • Working with the Sales team to gather insight and information to inform the content and targeting strategy
    • Brief content creators, contractors, and the marketing team to ensure each campaign is planned, delivered on time, and tracked effectively.
    • Review campaigns and analyze how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirements
    • Measure and track our marketing investment against key MQL and pipeline KPIs

Here’s what you need to succeed in the role:

    • 3-4+ years of experience in a lead generation marketing campaign role in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably for a services organization with long sales cycles
    • Proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps, driving targeted acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell marketing campaigns
    • Be comfortable as a Hubspot user with a strong understanding of automation technology, email segmentation, attribution
    • Great understanding of demand generation and ABM campaigns, marketing operations, and reporting
    • An expert in building and executing targeted and high-volume, large-scale email / push campaigns of varying complexity from start to finish: strategic subject lines, email content, and design, list building, deployment, deliverability...
    • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong copywriting experience and an impeccable eye for detail
    • An eye for brand identity, design, and layout, correct grammar and punctuation
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources with intertwining deadlines
    • Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and maintaining reports and analytics to track lead flow, conversion revenue attribution, and related KPIs
    • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality work that drives revenue

    • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing, email optimization, campaign analysis, and multi-touch attribution reporting
    • History of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales and sales development to drive cohesive engagement with marketing leads
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus

You will be responsible for:

    • Developing, deploying, and optimizing high-impact integrated B2B demand generation programs to significantly contribute to revenue and pipeline goals. This includes crafting a calendar, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building nurtures, and measuring results
    • Owning campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of ad-hoc, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
    • Applying an innovative and experimental mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Conduct A/B testing across all channels
    • Using marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
    • Collaborating with team members, contractors, and across our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
    • Overseeing our campaign calendar and communicating with the marketing team and larger organization
    • Working with the team to promote trade show activity and other promotional events
    • Aligning with sales on results of top-funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign and content optimizations
    • Providing ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goal, presenting performance to the marketing department as well as stakeholders throughout the company
    • Leading the documentation of all campaigns team processes to ensure optimum marketing efficiency
