NOTE: This opportunity is with one of our venture companies (EagleSight.ai) building advanced surveillance and player tracking technology designed specifically for casinos.

We are seeking a skilled On-Site Systems Engineer to join our team and support the installation, management, and troubleshooting of infrastructure at our pilot casino locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up and maintaining on-premise infrastructure, acting as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations of mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do:

    • Infrastructure Setup & Installation: Oversee the deployment, installation, and configuration of on-premise infrastructure to support casino operations.
    • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the infrastructure, hardware, and software.
    • Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers and collaborate closely to address their technical needs and concerns. Communicate with remote development teams to resolve issues and install updates/patches.
    • Edge Devices Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot edge devices essential for operations.
    • NVIDIA SDK Expertise: Utilize NVIDIA SDKs for relevant applications and ensure proper integration with on-site systems.
    • Camera-Based Solutions & AI: Work with camera-based systems, including streaming technologies and vision AI, to support real-time analysis and operations.

What You Bring:

    • Experience with On-Premise Infrastructure: Strong background in setting up, installing, and managing physical infrastructure.
    • Edge Devices Expertise: Hands-on experience with edge devices and their integration into larger systems.
    • NVIDIA SDK Knowledge: Experience with NVIDIA SDKs, including applications in AI, GPU-accelerated workloads, and streaming solutions.
    • Camera-Based Systems & AI: Experience with camera-based solutions, video streaming technologies, and vision AI.
    • Troubleshooting & Customer-Facing Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.

Bonus Points:

    • Previous Experience with Casinos systems is a plus.
    • State licenses and gaming approvals.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
