About the Role:
As a Project Delivery Manager you play a critical role in the planning and delivery of ML experiments as well as fully-built solutions that can be deployed into production. You will be responsible for helping build and mature the practice of project delivery and for working with our clients to understand their needs and expectations as well as with the team to scope and manage various concurrent projects, drive the removal of roadblocks during projects, coordinate and update various stakeholders, and ensure the on-time delivery of projects with a focus on offering excellence in customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the development of Statements of Work
- Create and maintain project and resource plans
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities and long term relationship building
- Assist with governance and management of the Project Delivery technology platform
- Contribute to Resource Planning activities and Portfolio level reporting activities
- Manage project financials
- Maintain stakeholder communications
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings
- Work with the client and the team to identify solutions to challenges and roadblocks that arise
- Lead team through all phases of the project from concept to deployment
- Develop excellent relationships with stakeholders and ensure their domain insights help drive project success
- Lead project lessons learned reviews to evaluate project success and recommend process improvements
What You Bring:
- Ample experience in project management roles: Agile and/or PMP training would be considered an asset.
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML (Business level)

Responsible AI (RAI)
