What You Would Be Doing:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including data scientists, machine learning developers, software engineers, product owners, and business analysts, fostering collaboration and driving accountability for project deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement effective strategies to keep projects on track and mitigate potential impacts on timelines and budgets.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing transparency and building trust throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective decision-making and problem-solving, leveraging your leadership skills and subject matter expertise to drive consensus and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Continuously monitor project performance, track key metrics and KPIs, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project delivery capabilities.
What We Generally Look For:
- A passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful AI solutions that create tangible value for clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, and the ability to adapt and tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of each project.
- Experience working in the AI or technology industry is desirable, but not required.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are a plus.
