We’re hiring an Account Supervisor / Senior Account Supervisor who is looking to rapidly get engaged in promoting organizational initiatives and participating in the growth of the top public interest strategic communications firm in the country.

This role will report to Palladian’s leadership and play a key role in presenting the firm to the market in a credible, meaningful way, as well as in helping to research, capture, propose, and execute on client growth opportunities and organically emerging needs.
 
This role will run sizeable work and projects, from the conceptual phase to execution and completion; are skilled practitioners of their discipline; design solutions; ensure quality work product; contribute significantly to the teams they are on; and help manage talent.

Responsibilities

    • Manage planning, research, writing, and strategy development for digital marketing, organizational initiatives, and emerging opportunities.
    • Lead work and projects from the conceptual phase to execution, ensuring quality work product of plans, and marketing content.
    • Develop project plans and track activities, timelines, writers, and quality reviews.
    • Manage traditional, digital, media and social media, content, and engagement.
    • Build a trusted advisor relationship with partners and internal teams.
    • Lead content creation by communicating ideas and working with integrated project teams.
    • Research and analyze industry and competitor trends and provide insights.
    • Help drive new business process, including research and proposal preparation, as well as organic growth.
    • Prioritize and delegate tasks as needed while modeling and encouraging company values.
    • Design and implement process improvement efforts.
    • Drive strategy and solution development from capture to delivery phases of new business.
    • Implement knowledge of external best practices and apply them internally.

Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience writing and disseminating digital marketing content on behalf of clients or organizations, including blog posts, industry articles, and social media content
    • Strong project management skills for complex projects
    • Demonstrated track record in building strong partner and organizational relationships and delivering marketing and growth plans that yield measurable outcomes
    • Proven track record in growing business and managing a pipeline of client opportunities
    • Expert practitioner in digital marketing skills areas and proposal planning, writing and presentations, media relations, and consultative selling

Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Public Health, or related field
    • 4+ years of experience in organizational marketing, growth and/or strategic communications
    • Preferred: Experience in the federal health sector (e.g., HHS or its sub-agencies such as NIH, CDC, CMS, HRSA, ACF) or with health nonprofits; experience with federal networking groups such as ACT-IAC, PSC, AFCEA, or others
    • Suitability for Federal employment, as determined by a background investigation
