Role Purpose

    • To continuously perfect predictive customer targeting models from business to customer


    • KPI/Scorecard development
    • Maintaining weekly/monthly/annually reporting
    • Providing insight into data provided to distribution channels
    • Providing insight on data outcome from the distribution channels
    • Investigation and guidance of data optimisations in each channel
    • Insight into industry(credit) trends
    • Effective tracking of sales campaigns
    • Tracking and analysing quote ratios and quote to sale
    • Mapping out the digital customer journey (how many people take up product, time to take up product, page that triggers product take up)
    • Identifying and providing the analysis of product and promotional performance highlighting trends and opportunities
    • Building the appropriate tools to challenge and drive decision making
    • Playing a lead role with data providers around the type of data that should be consumed in the different call centres or channels
    • Identifying and linking agents to data set in order to optimise data
    • Tracking campaign performance on direct marketing campaigns
    • Recommending campaign optimisation for direct marketing
    • Helping with understanding customer types (so we can start building a relevancy model for our customers and leads)
    • Tracking customer origination
    • Drawing insights from campaign results (website traffic, social media engagement, digital campaigns)
    • Sales projecting and propensity modelling  


    • Degree in a Business and Quantitative field (Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science with emphasis in Statistics)
    • 5+ Years’ experience in relevant data experience and experience building segmentation and propensity models
    • Statistical, mathematical, predictive modelling, forecasting and business strategy skills
