OBJECTIVES

We're looking for an art-driven Creative Strategist with a background in graphic design or visual arts.
You'll drive the creative operation for your assigned games. You will work closely with UA teams, creative designers and hands-on design work sometimes to deliver standout creatives for paid ads, app store assets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Ensure a seamless visual experience of users, from digital ad platforms (Google Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, etc.) to app stores; including video ads, banners, playable ads, and app store assets.
    • Deliver winning marketing assets that drive sustainable growth and audience expansion.
    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Learn, Research & Planning
    • Plan and coordinate creative projects from start to finish.
    • Collaborate with the Creative and UA team to develop cycle planning, including hypotheses, concept details, production and performance tracking.
    • Conduct research, read and update to stay on top of industry trends, ensuring creativity remains fresh while catching up with the company's growth strategy.
    • Attend Agile creative meetings, share production progress, recap creative performance, and plan new tasks for new cycles.
    • Creative Production
    • Manage and execute creative tasks across the full cycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
    • Coordinate internal and freelance resources to operate the creative production process, keep resource use efficient.
    • Write concise, actionable briefs for Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, and Playable Ad Developers that align with strategic goals.
    • Provide regular progress updates to Creative Lead & stakeholders. Hands-on design support when needed, such as ensuring quality for key strategic tasks, setting visual benchmarks, creating mockups for designers.
    • Analyze
    • Review creative performance metrics. Turn creative performance into learning and actions.
    • Use insights to refine existing concepts or develop new ones

QUALIFICATION

    • 2 years+ of creative production work is a must either graphic design, art production or video creation.
    • Project management experience is a plus- but don't worry if its not your strong suit. Well provide training to help you grow in this area.
    • Having experience working in a Game team is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge and passion for mobile games and music games.
    • Able to write clear, structured documents (briefs, best practices, insights).
    • Soft skills
    • Artistic sense: the ability to understand the target audience and offer your subjective perspective on the quality of creative work, including layout, colors, graphic element, animation, etc.
    • Communication skills: the ability to effectively convey your creative vision to motion designers through text, voice, or any other means, ensuring minimal gaps in understanding with your team
    • Reliable and independent project manager, organizing, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality work on time, driven by results.
    • High commitment to quality, ensuring requirements are met and holding the creative assets to a high standard.
    • Energetic and open-minded collaborator, sharing ideas, fostering team knowledge, and creating a positive, goal-focused environment.
