We’re looking for a passionate and talented Creative Strategist to join our team. You will take ownership of planning and executing the creative projects for your assigned products across various platforms.
Your main scope is to work closely with Graphic and Motion Designers to produce stunning video, graphic assets for user acquisition campaigns, social channels, as well as app store visuals for both iOS and Android.
MISSION
- Ensure a seamless visual experience of users, from digital ad platforms (Google Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, etc.) to app stores; including video ads, banners, playable ads, and app store assets.
- Deliver winning marketing assets that drive sustainable growth and audience expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, manage and coordinate all aspects of a creative project from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Creative team and UA team to develop creative cycle planning, including hypotheses, concept details, production and performance tracking plan.
- Conduct research and stay on top of industry trends, including markets, tools, and competitors.. to initiate new creative concepts and ideas, ensuring creative work remains fresh and relevant while aligning with the product's Growth strategy.
- Review creative assets performance metrics, summarize key findings, and highlight any major differences.
- Turn creative test results into actionable insights.
- Use insights to refine existing concepts or develop new ones.
- Operate project schedules and manage deadlines throughout a creative cycle. Manage project deadlines to ensure delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects meet creative and technical requirements. Monitor resource costs to stay within budget
- Create briefs for Graphic, Motion Designers and Playable Ad Developers, manage creative freelancers, and align them with the internal strategy.
- Provide regular status updates to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
- Lead creative meetings to share delivery updates, collaborate on analysis, and document new trends, ideas and insights.

Technical skills requirements
- 2-3 years of creative work experience design, art direction, content development, video creation, writing, strategy, other marketing or media production
- Project management experience.
- Having experience working in a Game Creative team is a plus.
- Basic knowledge and passion for music, digital marketing, and mobile games.
- Ability to develop and advocate art direction
- Able to write clear, structured creative documents (briefs, best practices, insights) that communicate effectively with the team.
Soft skills
- Artistic sense: the ability to understand the target audience and offer your subjective perspective on the quality of creative work, including layout, colors, graphic element, animation, etc.
- Communication skills: the ability to effectively convey your creative vision to motion designers through text, voice, or any other means, ensuring minimal gaps in understanding with your team
- Reliable and independent project manager, organizing, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality work on time, driven by results.
- High commitment to quality, ensuring requirements are met and holding the creative assets to a high standard.
