Support the CEO in building and tracking strategic plans to create new hit music games.
Contribute to research, market analysis, and the development of new game concepts and business initiatives.
Ensure cross-departmental alignment and execution of strategic projects from concept to delivery.

Collaborate closely with the CEO on company-level strategy planning and goal tracking.
Conduct research and analysis on the mobile game industry, user trends, and competitors — especially in the music game segment.
Provide operational support to ongoing strategic initiatives, including documentation, meeting follow-ups, and inter-team coordination.
Work with department leads to turn strategic ideas into executable action plans.
Monitor progress, flag potential blockers, and help ensure timely and effective implementation across teams.
Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders

Working experiences:

2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, consulting, or product support — ideally in tech or gaming.
Experience in or passion for the gaming industry, especially music or rhythm games, is a strong plus.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with game development workflows or digital product cycles is a bonus.

SKILLS

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to draw insights from data and research.
Clear, structured communicator — both verbally and in writing.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Capable of working independently while staying aligned with company goals.
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slides, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).Fluent in English (written and spoken).
