How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

Cyber Security Engineering is part of the cyber security team, and reports to the cyber security engineer team lead. You will help the security engineering team to script, automate, and improve our security tools and visibilities. Communicate and collaborate with the Product Team, Engineers, and DevOps to make sure implementation runs well. This role will be responsible for security tools integration/development, pentest, and all other security tasks.
Responsibilities
- Implementing security protection for application, system, network, and organization data
- Improve Security Testing tools for application and other targets
- Monitoring SIEM, logs integration, tuning, and integrating protection technologies/tools
- Respond to security incidents such as malware infections and data breaches
- Being part of the security incident and response team, to respond, analyze and process incidents according to the SLA
- Achieving personal/team KPI with minimum supervision
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Cyber Security engineer career-related experience
- Familiar with programming languages such as Python/Golang and Shell scripting is preferred
- Experienced with SIEM integration and optimizing log backup and restore
- Security Protection implementation such as WAF, IDS/IPS, EDR, and endpoint hardening, and documented the standard and process used
- Able to use security tools to do vulnerability assessment (API, Web, Mobile)
- Good knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and SANS 25
- Passionate about Cyber Security trends and technology
- Having strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking is a must
- Having Solid communication and presentation skills is a must
Bonus Point If
- Knowledge of cloud (GCP) and container environment
- Familiar with security tools such as Prisma Cloud, Wazuh, SOCRadar, Burp Suite, Nessus
- Familiar with open-source security tools
- Hold security certifications such as CEH, CHFI, OSCP
